1, When you booke your holiday with us we require a £50 deposit.This will secure your booking and should reach us within 7 days. This deposit, if holiday is cancelled is non-refundable. Our holiday home is available from 4pm on arrival and departure no later than 10am.
2, On receiving your deposit i will forward a deposit comfirmation letter and details of the accomodation, this will confirm your reservation and show the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday start date. No further reminder will be sent. Should your payment not reach us within the required time we deserve the right to re-let the caravan. For special events and short notice breaks the full payment must be sent to me within 7 days.
3, An additional £50 holding bond is added to the holiday price, this is refunded after your holiday by ourselves as long as the caravan has been left clean and tidy and there are no damages during your stay. Any damage caused to the caravan and the £50 will be kept towards the cost.
4, Please would you leave all muddy footwear outside. No felt tips or pens to be used. The £50 bond will be kept towards any extra cleaning.
5, Sorry we do not allow pets, and STRICTLY NO SMOKING. Your £50 refunable bond will not be refunded and will pay towards the airing of the caravan.
6, Sorry no all female and male parties accepted. No bookings will be accepted for young parties consisting of all male and female parties. The hirer must be at least 21 years of age and at least 25 to book an adult only break.
7, If in the opinion of the site manager, any party is guilty of unreasonable conduct which causes a nuisance to other park guests, the owner or site manager may re-take possession of the accomodation without any compensation to the party.
8, The accomodation shall be used only by the lead name and there party listed on the booking form unless us as owners have agreed to any alteration. Any breach of this condition shall entitle the owners to terminate the booking with no refund. The caravan is for 8 people only, due to insurance purposes anyone not listed on the booking form but arrives at Butlins as extra will be breaking the rules and will be asked to leave.
9, The lead person will be responsible for all members of there party. Please insure that no items provided in the caravan are removed during or after your stay. You are responsible for all contents in the caravan during your stay and any breakages, damages, to the furniture or fixtures and fittings or inventory must be paid for by the lead person. Please ensure our holiday home is left clean, tidy and ready for the next occupants.
10, Miss Cooke and Mr Ball does not accept any liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be substained by the people in the party or there property during your holiday stay. Our guests MUST vacate by 10am unless special arrangements have been made by ourseleves.
