Our 2004 8 berth fully heated Abi Arizona is located on a superb new development at Butlins "The Retreat". The caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a double bed, dressing table, mirror and stool and ample wardrobe and storage space. The 2 twin rooms, one of which has bunk beds, this room being ideally suited to the children, this has wardrobe space, childs desk and stool, wardrobe and cupboard space. The 3rd twin room has twin single beds also with wardrobe and cupboard space. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors and heaters. There is a double fold out sofabed in the lounge area and we provide a "Disney" travle cot with mobile for the little ones.
The lounge area has a comfortable seating area, a coal effect gas fire, colour tv/vcr, dvd/radio micro system, Freeview with upto 30 channels and a dining area with table and seating.
The kitchen area comes fully equipped with a gas cooker/grill, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, and all the post and pans you will need for your holiday stay. There is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and intruder alarm for your safety as well as a hairdryer, electric steam iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
For your days on the beach we provide a fully equipped picnic hamper.
The modern white bathroom has an electric shower, WC and wash basin.
There is ample parking beside the caravan and there is a seating area with a picnic table.

There is a sony playstation with an assortment of games for all ages.
